La Florida Property

Owning a property in La Florida places you in a well established residential area where all the amenities you need for everyday living are within easy reach. La Florida itself has plenty of bars and restaurants, shops, banks and a decent sized supermarket. A short drive (around 10 minutes) takes you to the ever popular town of Torrevieja where you will find a gigantic Carrefours supermarket, a bowling alley, cinema complex, casino, plus an endless choice of places to eat and drink. The nearby salt lakes help create the perfect climate for which this area of the Costa Blanca is so famed; the World Health Organisation cites the area around Torrevieja as one of the healthiest places to live in the world.
